US Armor Corporation offers an advanced lightweight armor upgrade plate
specifically designed to enhance the safety of today’s working Law Enforcement
Officer, protecting against:
• Sharp cutting weaponry and spiked instruments including engineered
knives, awls and icepicks
• High penetration specialty handgun ammunitions
• Blunt trauma from bullets, fights, impact weapons, falls and vehicle
crashes
The central core of the new TB3 consists of lightweight, flexible and very strong
Titanium alloy encased within an Aramid felt and laminate matrix. This unique
combination of high-technology armoring materials provides the wearer a
comfortable insert offering an exceptional level of personal protection to the
wearers’ center torso.
If desired, this plate can be easily hand-bent to follow and conform to the body
contour of the wearer’s center chest and/or central back, achieving maximum
comfort and concealment.
